Rome Charming Suites

It had appetising food! Had essentials needed in the double room, including a microwave oven, a coffeemaker, and fridges. The staff were HELPFUL and amicable and the location was excellent in a residential area. I didn't want to leave and would love to come back here some time.

The staff here is great, the location near the colosseum is excellent, and the food is delicious - we would return anytime.

Perfect and exceptionally nice location very close to Metro Line and the San Giovanni metro station and the airport, I felt safe. Lucky that it was within easy walking distance of Papero Giallo, offering food to go. Had a delicious meal in the bar...

Nice hotel with free parking and a good location near the center. Short walk to San Giovanni metro, Porta San Giovanni, restaurants, and a garden. Just 1 km away from St Paul's Church. Double room with garden view and a very nice bathroom available.

The beautiful decor of Rome Charming Suites instantly made me feel at home. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The elevator was conveniently located and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate with my luggage. The staff were also very helpful in providing detailed information about the nearby attractions and transportation options, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay in the city.

Just a small suggestion for improvement - it would be lovely if the children working there could extend the check-out time for senior guests.

The staff at all levels was friendly, and we would consider staying here again due to lack of time.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel. the location was perfect, in a residential area close to the metro and the iconic Colosseum. Our room was lovely and clean, with lots of character. the staff were very attentive and helpful, even providing us with light refreshments and nibbles upon arrival. We also enjoyed breakfast on the lovely terrace.

The shower had some difficulties, taking a couple of minutes to get warm water and lacking pressure.

The location of this place is mind-blowing! It's just a short 2-block walk to the metro station, making it super convenient to explore all the jaw-dropping major sites in the city. The room was very secure, with 5 locked doors to go through at night for added peace of mind. Plus, all the necessary keys were provided upon check-in. I never felt unsafe walking around, even at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing all the necessary information about the area and transport. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The shared kitchen in the chic common area was equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and even some biscuits and candies for a delightful treat. The building had a touch of bourgeois soul and the old elevator added to the charm. a fantastic stay with excellent daily cleaning service.
